The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (hereafter referred to as the Committee or ARAC) Terms of Reference state that the Committee will provide the Board with an Annual Report, timed to support finalisation of the Accounts and the Governance Statement, summarising its conclusions from the work it has done during the year.
This report summarises the work of the ARAC during 2025–26. The Committee has provided independent assurance to the Board and Accounting Officer on governance, risk management, and internal control across PBNI.
