The online forms issue has now been resolved.
An issue was identified with our four online application forms that meant any online submission in the past few weeks did not get through to us.
If you have used any of these forms in the last few weeks please get in touch with us at info@probation-ni.gov.uk
The online four forms were
- Application form to the Victim Information Scheme
- Application form for making a complaint
- Form for submitting a Community Service Nominations
- Form to sign up to our email list.
