The role in Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) is incredibly varied and offers different challenges.
You will work on producing e-learning material for projects to ensure that all PBNI employees have the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to carry out their roles effectively and to fulfil their career potential.
As a member of L&OD you may be attending meetings, replying to enquiries about training solutions, supporting probation staff with training enquiries and needs, working on developing and designing or delivering training. Our training can be a mix of in person and e-learning programmes and events.
Working in L&OD you will have good communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your tasks to meet deadlines as well as being a supportive team player.
