If you are dissatisfied with our service you have the right to complain and will not suffer any disadvantage or discrimination because you have made a complaint.
Complaints are welcomed and complaints information will be used to improve services.
Complaints will be thoroughly and fairly investigated.
You will be kept informed of the progress of the investigation and told the outcome.
Where appropriate redress will be made.
As a public service we will make every effort to resolve complaints and believe that the steps set out in the leaflet represent the best way to do that.
However nothing in this information should be taken as in any way restricting your right to contact an MP, an MLA or other public representative or to seek advice elsewhere.
